Cancelled Appointments

We ask that our customers please extend us the courtesy of cancelling with at least 48 hours notice. While we understand emergencies arise, we do regretfully inform you that any cancelled appointment that does not observe the 48 hour request on either a Thursday night (after 5pm) or any booking ove a weekend will attract a $20 cancellation fee. The fee will be charged at the time of your next visit. We appreciate your understanding.
